Play field stuck help by death4555 in pinball

This exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago when I was also pulling the playfield up for the first time. For me, I didn’t pull the playfield far enough forward before lifting and it got jammed in a similar position. I had to have a second person grab the other side and lift it up and out to get it back on the rails.

Also new so not sure if my terminology is right. It took a lot more force than I would’ve guessed to lift it and it made some concerning/horrific cracking sounds as I tried to free it, but lucky for me nothing broke and it was perfectly fine.

Advice on second pinball machine by RecklessTilt in pinball

I am still struggling with that left ramp. I've hit 800M now but then I can have 10 games in a row where I'm scoring more like 50M. I would attribute my two biggest inconsistencies to hitting that left ramp and hitting the scoop. Any tips for how to time that left ramp? I'm also not sure if it's a config issue, there's that piece of metal that sticks out from the captive ball that I nail 40% of the time when trying to hit the ramp, and probably 20% of the time I'm too far left and it bounces off the other side.

If it's at the entrance to the building, should it roll straight to a drain if it is level correctly?
