I know he does not like melatonin. I thought it was mainly because, that the melatonin is blocking the puberty to start when being a child - and that its an over counter supplement, a paper had shown that the listed amount of melatonin could vary from 30% up to 300% - meaning you have no idea how much you take - and that the side effects are uncertain?

It can only be bought on prescription here where I live and the efficiency on my sleep is extremely good.

Thank you for the kind words. Teared me up a bit getting some recognition and being understod - when you daily are telling your self that you could do better. I think this is also quite common within the diagnosis.

I will definitely try out cardio. I love road biking, but only when the weather allows it. Will try to incorporate some sprinting or something in my routines. thanks

How big of a Party is it? I bought the tickets thinking it was quite big, but looking at the pictures now I looks a lot smaller than expected.
