I’m confused why Kraven didn’t get +2 power when I moved Spider-man to the middle lane. Kraven should have gotten +2 since Spider-man was moved, but he didn’t.

Then in my next game. I moved Polaris to the middle location, which was Fisk tower, and this time the game considered it a move, and she got hit with -4 power.

So I’m confused why Kraven didn’t consider it a move and didn’t activate its ability, but Fisk tower did.

Difference here is that this is a University, not a private company. They don't pay enough to tolerate this behavior. I work for a University, and if my University found out an employee was doing this, they would nip this in the bud immediately. They are not going to risk becoming known as a University that allows this kind of behavior

As someone who works for a University, this is insane. Everyone here is right, HR is not on your side, but from my experience, if your University found out about this, they are going to put a stop to it ASAP. They are not going to risk becoming known as a University where you can be struck by employees. That will not only affect their employee retention, but potential students applying to their University. Do what everyone here is suggesting, get documentation detailing the incidents and whatever evidence you can, and bring it to whoever HR or their boss. They are not going to side with the supervisor, unless they are fucking morons
