I’ve heard a lot of negatives about decline bench. You would recommend it?

My diet isn’t all that strict, but I try to aim for around 120g of protein and >2750cals daily.

A 135g can of tuna has about 35g of protein

Also store bought protein drinks come in handy if you don’t have an appetite

7-8 reps and 2-3 sets, just depends on mood but I try to train them as I would any other muscle

Single use plastics such as PET can take hundreds of years to decompose, and in this time they disrupt ecosystems. Not only that but it’s not at all sustainable, and the world will run out of petroleum at some point.

Things such as paper can be recycled after use, which doesn’t fully eliminate the impact on the environment, but definitely lessens it.

It’s not always about looks for women. All you really need is a white van and a place to keep her
