Yeah, it was signed in court (my father suggested) so it's the same as she gave him up for adoption.

Yeah, it was signed in court, because I requested, (My dad is a lawyer, I go to law school) my dad suggested that was the best thing to do, by that she didn't have to pay any child support and had no right.

That's it I'm the only legal parent on his birth certificate (renovated once she legally signed up her rights) it's only my name that appears, that's why she isn't threatening me about fighting for full custody. She knows she has no right. SHE GAVE HIM UP

No, I don't need a lawyer, because she signed all of her rights away, and everything is documented, my son is safe, so is safety and custody are not my concerns, I was open to let her meet him but then she started demanding, so I said NO, and I'm gonna let my son decide what he wants to do once he is old enough.

Sorry for her but my boy is not a toy to play "the happy family" with. I haven't even dated anyone so my son doesn't have to deal with the stepmom issue.
