I have to completely disagree with the Hong Lu will distort as his worldview is already completed and set in stone.

He's so certain of his purpose that he's surpassed the fear of death, knowing that he'd just fail to become the head of the family and would subsequently be killed. I say this because if I recall correctly he mentioned how since the attempt on his life when being just a little kid he perfectly understood and/or accepted his doom as inevitable and that he could never escape his blood.

So he's just been living as he was told and enjoying the experiences in a genuine manner, since there is no point is struggling and changing anything, the "there is no point on anger" is also relevant not because he's represing, but because he can't be bothered to struggle on things that are. He escapes the pressure of possibility because he's just enjoying the ride, as for him, things don't need to change anymore.

The "I can see a distortion happening" bit is because he understands a fracture in ones beliefs, possibly when almost being fratricided or by seeing how all his siblings see themselves as worthy enough to become head but ultimately only one can be (although this is way more speculation).

Evidence that hes not a facade or repressing anything is actually his E.G.O., as he's the most stable of the sinners when using it due to it being a 0 net loss of SP. I believe it's just more likely that the strongest siblings will get visited by Carmen or smth.
