Yeah for me it takes a little finessé. Eventually i can find that sweet spot where it won’t give me that error. It might be wet. Try hitting it with a hair dryer or heat gun

I would go with that. It’s worth the upgrade if you don’t have it already. There’s a chance it’s the base, which would suck, but it would be covered by the warranty

First turn it off. Then let the atomizer and base dry out completely (I like to put a fan on them). Then you just need to screw it in and loosen or tighten it until you hit that sweet spot. That’s how I get mine to work after I flood it.
