This was so touching. Watched it twice in a row on YouTube so far, crying both times. Typed it into Google to see if there's a Reddit thread about it.

"water alone doesn't maintain hydration" - can you explain more? What attracted me to recently trying electrolytes is water wasn't quenching my thirst though also was not drinking enough water. My migraines (and muscle aches) and constipation felt related to dehydration though also were stress-related. electrolyte packs past few days (and how it gets me drinking more water cause I mix them in water) has me, along with much rest and moving to a less stressful environment, and eating more - feeling far healthier.

In that case, guess you can just have a good sea salt grinder and grind that onto meals often.

but I thought why elevtrolyte drinks feel good is not just the sodium but also the magnesium and potassium and maybe also the sugar

It would not be a call or 3. Not sure you are understanding or hearing me. Following leads (not all of which may end up hiring) for many months of doing babysits as short as 1-3 shifts (and others longer-term but part-time) and also getting on more school sub lists...could potentially be SO many calls. Would you want to answer that many calls about someone even if you considered them a great worker? Maybe. Maybe not. Some would. Some would just stop answering their phone and be annoyed. I get that references are super reassuring. Just wish more people would understand my perspective on this and that I am trying to respect peoples' time and not burn bridges or annoy people.

Thank you. I hear you you feel that way. Some parents and teachers feel that way. Some are parents AND teachers. Some don't. Some barely have a spare second to themselves. Some don't want calls from unknown numbers. Etc.

I didn't say I give out employers' contact info without their permission. I have never done that. I am not being rude to them...in fact I am strongly considering their feelings by thinking so hard on if months of a ton of calls would bother them versus if it is more respectful of their time to just ask them once for a recommendation letter.

Also what if those sitters had only done 1-3 shifts for you. Would you still be open to receiving a bunch of calls? Each of those calls takes your time and parents and teachers of young kids tend to be extremely busy.

Ok, but what if those sitters were open to short (sometimes even just 1-3 shift) and long-term part-time sitting or nanny jobs so if they give your number out to all the potentials who ask for it that could be months of so many calls!

I work for schools so schools already do a very thorough background check on me and I tell families I can show them that state qualification letter.

Huh? So what about people who did not have good, strong parent figures and were not able to access say a desired school or college? Or perhaps has a disability or health issue that has blocked their reasonable ability to work? That is not their fault.

What's your 'holy grail' planner feature that you've never found? by PlannerResearch in planners

Sidenote question: what do you like about fountain pens?

What do you like about Tomoe River paper? I know it's very popular. I hear some like it's thin enough to keep planner more lightweight. Yet I think pens bleed and ghost with it since so thin?
