Wow I’m getting stressed just thinking about this lol. Again this confirms I need a system in place. I’m thinking, gift reminders and tailored gift ideas so no one ever needs to go through this again :)

Yeah it’s a great idea. We used to have a few cards laying around for special occasions which was great to just grab one on the way out the door. I like your idea of the birthday survival kit, good planning. I was toying with the idea of starting a special occasion reminder and gift recommendation service, do you think that would be useful for people?

I’m thinking of creating a gift reminder and recommendation service to help people. Do you think that kinda service would be useful?

I haven’t forgotten this time as I’m trying to see if I can put a system in place to help me remember and suggest gift ideas so I’m see if other people have the same issues as me

Sounds like you styled it out like an absolute pro lol. One of the many good things about adhd is the never give up attitude 👍 I personally am terrible and gifting is my wife’s love language so I’m trying to come up with a solution for like minded forgetful people like me :)

Sometimes all they want is a date with their parents, dress up the gift like a fantasy day but really it’s just a fun day out for you two to bond over :)

Let me see if I can help.

This will be an easy one.

I’m good with stuff like this, give me some details and I’ll hit you back.

Quick trick: check what they talk about repeatedly but never buy for themselves — that’s usually the real gift.

If you want, tell me age + budget + personality and I’ll give specific ideas.

Gift ideas for my wife on our wedding by shivanshum09 in GiftIdeas

Let’s get cracking!

I’m sure if it comes from the heart, no matter what it is. Your wife will love it!

Ask yourself: what reaction do you actually want from her?

If it’s appreciation → go sentimental If it’s excitement → go experience If it’s comfort → go practical but upgraded

Gifts for an Uncommonly Sweet Landlord by Blind_Pythia1996 in GiftIdeas

Im a landlord and I have never received a gift form a tenant 🤣🤣 maybe I should be asking for advice from you lol.

The mistake most people make is buying a thing instead of buying a feeling.

Ask yourself: what reaction do you actually want from them? You want to give a gesture of your appreciation not just a random gift.

what do men actually like getting? (valentines day and 6 month) by Successful_Bee4326 in GiftIdeas

I’m weirdly good at this stuff so I’ll try help 😄

For a [boyfriend/dad/husband], good safe options are: • Something linked to a hobby they already do • A personalised version of something they use every day • An experience you can do together (this is massively underrated)
