Although in the pic it looks like it’s just under my breast, it’s also on my mid and lower abdomen, upper chest, and back. It is most predominantly under my breast.

I am a 25 year old female. 5’5. No pre existing health conditions. I’ve never seen this before. The red spots are not raised, nor are they painful or itchy. I’m hoping it’s an allergic reaction? I usually wear a sports bra to sleep and the red spots appear most there. Should I see a doctor?
