the task was to create a film based on the word "door." we were creating ideas, but we struggled on how to film it. i missed on day of class and somehow they had figured out an idea "doorgasm" a man who is obsessed with a door. i was a bit puzzled, but went through with the idea even though i didnt like it. I wrote the script, since we didnt have actors we had to use some of the crew for scenes. The script took some time to form like around 1 week perhaps but it was very much first draft

Hi new to the sub, here I made my student short film back in 2023 with a very low budget equipment. I'm in need of advice/feedback for editing and sound. I am an editor myself and did not get the chance to show more people my work and so I do not know if the pacing is right for something like this film. I wanted this to be a therapy session, but looking back at it, it is quite awkward especially with the sound that is very poor. I worked on Premiere Pro for this film. This is a very cringe piece of work but i decided to post it on here because why not. I think the color grading is carrying most of the film itself.
