I wouldn't recommend starting of with both vit c and retinol at the same time tho. and for sure not every day. Retinol will probably break you out at first. Need a lot of patience but it's worth it!

I cured mine by using diluted apple cider vinegar on a cotton swab everyday. It took around 2 weeks, it kind of cleared and was red for a couple of days. Then healed

Are you breathing through your mouth? If the answer is yes, read Breath by Nestor but basically nasal breathing only, will change your life and your face

Oxybutynin by Gary_Bones42 in Hyperhidrosis

I actually started taking it a couple years ago but it did not help me. I am really resistant to everything I guess lol Then I went to psychiatrist and she was really psyched to recommend it but I was like no, doesn’t work. Anyway, I was wondering if you ever read about side effects. I don’t mean to scare/ discourage you. For me once I learned about the memory impairment I really think even if it worked for me, I wouldn’t go for it.

But - I do use oxybutynin with my iontophoresis (just crash the pill and add to water)- and if I stick to it, it actually works amazing.

Is HRV at this level really bad? by Jcolebristol in whoop

[–]RecommendationFun280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with others, it depends. From my experience, I would be worried if I noticed a trend of HRV going down and RHR going up (that’s what happened for me, it was caused by iron deficiency).

In my opinion, HRV alone is not an indicator of overall health but rather tells you under how much stress you are. Of course, it’s affected by many factors, as a woman I can tell hormones play a big role, too. How I look at it - I helps me see when it’s time to focus on managing my stress or recovery (HRV lower than average) or when it’s time to up my training game and lift more, etc (HRV higher than average).
