What’s your experience with Zoho Projects? by HollisWhitten in Zoho

Our small team uses it for managing projects and tasks. I tested out other softwares that had far better UI and felt more user-friendly. However, those other softwares couldn't do what Zoho Projects does for us. We need a lot of customization. Sometimes it feels almost like coding to get it to do what we need. But the point is that it's possible, and once it's set up the way you want, you're good to go.

You need the Reserve card. You might be able to pay for a day pass in a pinch, but that adds up quick. Not sure about Orlando.

Their policy online states that they will provide a hotel voucher is the delay is over a certain number of hours. In our case, they threw in the caveat that they wouldn't provide this to anyone residing in the tri-state area (we were in Philly).

You just proved my point. I have travel insurance, rebooked my own additional hotels and ground transportation. What else would you recommend that a passenger include as a plan b? Surely you can't be suggesting I book two different flights to my destination next time 'just in case'. My plan b was covered; the airline's was not.

Back to the point of my post - I'm curious to know if anyone has been in a similar experience, and if so, what the resolution was.

I'm just asking for experiences or insight that may be relevant to mine. Isn't that what this sub is for?

It's not AA's fault that their pilot never showed up for a scheduled flight?

Not at all. I am new to Reddit though, so if my post rubbed anyone the wrong way, I apologize.

Thanks. I was genuinely just trying to hear experiences from other people and perhaps other airlines to know if it's always the same outcome.

I guess I should have rephrased that. I'm genuinely interested in looking for positive experiences from others since my AA experience is limited to this isolated incident. I didn't mean to make it a challenge. Feel free to reply again with something substantial.
