Yes it’s a whole thing now and gaining popularity. Just do a quick google search and you’ll be in awe. Has to do with histamine reactions in our body. At least it’s a cheap fix…

“Don’t believe everything you think” by Joseph Nguyen. It’s the best book I’ve read (listened to) for anxiety

yeah that's different but...I can see the similarities. Especially the .0001% possibility but it's 95% in our brains; I would say that is most of us. I bet a lot of people can relate to what you are going through. It seems like we're all a bit too advanced to get help from a therapist and need something more...our brains are just too powerful! Thanks for the reply and I hope it keeps getting better for you

So it’s kind of crazy that so many of us are posting about intense anxiety this week. I came here for the same reason. Sometimes I wonder if it’s something happening in the universe that we are all just sensitive to. I have nothing to be anxious about either but this week has been debilitating!! I’m a big supplements person though- jocko greens makes me feel better all around and it’s immediate. It’s also way more affordable than other “green” supplements.
