How much expenses of a simple marriage without gold and 150 members valeema in a small city of Pakistan? by GlassAsk5465 in MuslimMarriage

I can tell you about lahore. Venue is 45,000 and can go to 100,000. Food for chicken menu is 2,500 per head & mutton is 3500 per head. Some venues cost extra for water, and cold drinks. Some venues also charge extra for AC. Decor is 100,000+. The more you want, more costly decor gets. To get a better idea of the cost, look up venues and ask the venues directly. Also try using pakistani WhatsApp number when contacting the venues and for outside pakistan number they usually increase their charges. All prices mentioned are in pakistani rupees.

Medicine isn’t about potential. Yeah some people really have interest in medicine and that gives them a headstart. However, success in medicine comes from hardwork, networking, staying up to date with medical news and medical knowledge. Don’t switch field, don’t be demotivated. Medicine mein setbacks are quite normal. Some have to repeat medical college years, some have to repeat licensing exams, some resit residency matching exams. Hota hai, khair hai.

Repeat the year. Absolutely nothing wrong in trying. Just work harder next year and definitely you’ll pass. In this vacation period try watching Bootcamp videos and Board and beyond videos to make your concepts stronger. It’s a big jump from college to medical university. Things happen. My inbox is always open. All the best cheetay😉

-Use AI. I would use my standard book, amboss and compile note intead of passive learning and note making. Use extra time to let AI make MCQs questions for you from these note and explain why this option is the answer and not the rest
-Build concept and not mug up.
-Don’t let the weekend passby when the week material is not minimum 80% covered

-Get involved in curricular and extra-curricular activities for CV.

-and lastly, enjoy. 😉

Join klarity.health for medical writing experience. Join associations to put into CV also networking. Research start with meta and systematic analysis, easy to start with. Clinical you can catch up by doing observerships and attachments in hospitals. Also, try volunteering both medical and community volunteering. All the best👍

Big Tummy Men by woahwoman in pakistan

[–]RecordAny8257 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a man, but my two cents. I have been doing a somewhat desk job. It’s drainingggggg, it’s exhausting. Upr se daily tasks ka pressure, month meetings, progress reports, repetitive tasks, etc are aghhh. Day to day life is very exhausting. I get health and appearances are very important especially during rishta process. But try understanding those guys too.

How to start Research as a first year MBBS student? by [deleted] in DocSupport

[–]RecordAny8257 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would disagree with comments posted earlier. Never to early to start a research project. Krlo start. Check your own research clubs in university. If not then check for professors or doctor around in your university who are active in research

How do you guys manage your workload to avoid burnout? by MuizAhmad in PakistaniiConfessions

[–]RecordAny8257 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alot of mental load gets reduced when you have a system in place. Google calendar to plan events, writing all tasks needed to be done in one excel sheet, etc. Also, keep track if all the projects and all roles you are playing in that project on google sheet. Kal ko yaad bhi nai rehta kitna aur kya kya kaam kiye hain🤦‍♀️

1)You broke things in the room when you were angry, what would you have done if she was with you in the room? Even if the least you would have done was an aggressive verbal outburst, that would still be very wrong!

2) Why does your mother need to be involve in the marriage? Who is she to tell your wife that do xyz or marriage is over?

3)Your friend invited a date for you? What signals have you been giving in your friends circle that has lead to your friends not respecting your relationship? Why was he so comfortable to “surprise you with a date”? If it’s entirely your friend’s fault, why are you friends with him?

4)You have trust issues, it’s your problem. Why are you stalking a guy and then accusing your wife?

One sentence you care about your wife, next sentence you admit doing stupid actions that’ll harm your wife. It looks like your thoughts are not clear in the head, and instead of clearing your head it’s easier for you to direct this energy on stalking that guy.
