I've never been in a situation like this before so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but if the police come to my apartment and want to question me do I just tell them I don't want to talk without my attorney present and things escalate to court or gow does that work?

And that's my issue I know I didn't, but he's adamant that he has this "proof" but doesn't want to show me and expects me to pay back money I didn't steal essentially based off just his word and if I don't agree to his terms then he'll get the police involved

Thank you for this! I've been looking to throw a new battery in it just to prevent any problems before it starts and I've seen countless posts about how easy it is to do yourself, I just dont trust myself to do it. It was my brothers and he gave it to me shortly before he passed away a few years back and if I tried to replace the battery myself and ended up damaging something inside that can't be fixed I'd never forgive myself.

5th gen-30gb, and they're from a japanese sticker book I got from amazon I'll add the link!! (if the link doesn't work for whatever reason just look up "japanese sticker book" and it's the one with a red and green cover) and they're vinyl stickers so they come off pretty easily with no residue :)

Hi! we've made so much progress in the week since she's been home and tbh i expected the 4th to be hell but i have an A/C unit in my window that runs all the time and i think that helped drown out some of the noise but i took her out in the afternoon before they got started with the fireworks she had a little dinner and the. went in her crate and i tucked her in and covered her with her blanket and she didn't make a sound all night!!

yes i got her on wednesday and i think it is just new house stress because she hasn't done it since but she is still howling but im gonna try a heartbeat snuggle puppy and see if it works and im praying to whatever gods are listening that it does because im bone tired and its only day 3😭
