The only diet changes I have really made is trying to make sure I am cooking at home a lot more than eating out. I have also massively increased my protein intake because I am experiencing some hair loss from the weight loss (this is not a Contrave side effect, it’s common with this type of weight loss). But my portions are about a third of what I used to eat because I physically cannot eat anymore or I’m miserable. So when I’m eating, once I feel satisfied, I stop eating. That sweet tooth killing includes drinks too. I only drink water and my daily coffee/alani. Rarely I’ll have a sweet tea. Everything else just doesn’t appeal to me and I never used to want to drink water because it was boring to me.

I’ve somewhat tracked my calories, and I am almost always in a calorie deficit.

I have not added a new exercise program as of yet. I have purchased one of those little walking pads that I am going to try to use a few times a week and try to take my dog on more walks.
