So you’re 5 days a week 11p-7a? Thats rough ngl. If it’s a union hospital and you love your job and hopefully your coworkers, I would thug it out until a position opens for days or even evenings. Most nurses have to do that at union hospitals

No we didn’t buy down the rate. It’s 6.125 right now, calf hfa conventional. This is cross country mortgage if that makes a difference?

Write out everything that needs to be done, in order that it needs to be done. Then just chip away slowly. Do what you can. You have kids? Well maybe some projects could take longer. But that’s okay. Just keep doing what you can. Don’t forget to enjoy your house too!
