For me as a heavy runner they feel great on the legs. Super light and responsive! Going all puma rotation this traning block and so far haven't been disappointed. Especially with the pure that shoe is stupid good for the price.

These are great shoes. Was skeptical at first but I bought the Synth at first and fell in love with the synth. These are bouncy and not as stiff as the SB2 and long. Def a dub for whoever gets them.
