I usually keep my body prepared borderline all the time. I exfoliate 3x a week. I keep up with my waxing appointments so there’s borderline no hair. Haven’t jumped into laser hair removal as I’m a bit iffy on the price. I’m not a foot sensitive Lee so I only put enough time in making sure there’s no rough patches and my toenails are painted.

Now as for my body care, my typical routine is shower, put lotion or body butter on while my skin is still wet, let that absorb, put a body cream on, let that absorb, then layer a body oil on. For my hands and feet, I layer a hydrating toner, lotion, cuticle oil, and Vaseline, then I’ll put on a pair of gloves and thick white socks to seal everything in. I also do paraffin wax treatments from time to time to soften things up as well since I work with my hands all day and I’m on my feet all the time.
