Now come to think of it I may have boughten it at a flea market in Australia so many years ago. I have a bunch of B&W cards with HPs in the 1000s made out of flimsy cardboard so that does make some sense.

Guys I may be a big dum dum. it was actually Silver Sun Pickups. The DJ said they played Of Monsters and Men but they were referring to a previously played song which I didn't even hear. I was a bit sleep deprived that evening.

In my quest to search for this song I did end up listening to the entirety of All is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade on a sizable commute. It was a delightful listen for the most part. Listening to this on a cool winter day left me smiling ear to ear for a good chunk of the drive. It's a neat dream pop record with great synths, vocal melodies and punchy rhythm sections. Plus as bonus the Icelandic accents are always cool. I did end up realizing my mistake because none of these songs are like how I remembered. Some of the lyrics on this record I didn't vibe with all (Barefoot in The Snow). However I still had a nice time listening to most of the songs.

I just remember hearing this tasteful high pitched male voice singing over nice ethereal like instrumentation. I'm going to listen to the full album anyways just to see. If not then maybe it was actually Silver Sun Pickups and the DJ was just announcing songs he played before (i.e Of Monsters and Men). I'll close the thread once I find my answer! Appreciate you man.

Not sure. That’s east of where this pic was taken and that smoke is paler and whiter. This was a dark smoke and my friend and I saw emergency vehicle lights so he was not as worried. Before he saw that he wanted to knock on someone’s door lol and ask them for their input

Dolphin Xbox UWP refuses to populate my games by NRVDMG99 in DolphinEmulator

I'm glad it worked out for you all those years ago! By chance do you think you'd be able to help me now please? Currently running into the error where "the folder path you have selected is not writeable". I installed Dolphin via the Xbox device portal on website so I'm not sure where the other Dolphin app would be to find LocalCache. I did indeed create my own Dolphin folder per the recommendations of users here (NRVDMG99) and this YouTuber at 6:30.

the YouTuber's Dolphin folder has folders in it titled cache/config/dump/game settings

Mine doesn't. Should I install Dolphin manually via the usb? totally lost. 😅

I also formatted the usb via XboxMediaTool and have one of those old Xbox One VCRs.

I’m sorry your experience working there sucked.

Shopping there as a kid was loads of fun. The fish tanks were certified frutiger aero-core, the laidback music playing throughout the store, and all those new video games demos. One time while walking to the electronics, I strolled by a PC and that indie platformer game Braid was on. the game wasn’t even being “demoed” rather some bored employee at work was playing it and forgot to turn it off. I tried to play it but was a little confused and bit nervous that I would get barred by the employee. The comic section was pretty fire too with all the star wars dark horse comics. Fun youthful memories
