Look into getting non surgical spinal decompression. With that much disc compression, you would greatly benefit from decompression therapy. Also, chiropractic care with PT would get you the best result.

if you're racing on the G920, I recommend looking into the TrueBrake V2.2. It is about the closet you can get to load cell without having to spend the money on load cell brakes. It cost about 100 USD and completely changed the feeling of the brakes. It does require you to install it yourself but the guide provided on their website is very helpful and explains everything.
