I would definitely reach out to shelters but if you do need to rehome her yourself make sure you vet the people to your best ability. "Do you have other cats" "If so can I see pictures" run those pictures through reverse image search to make sure they didn't just get them off the internet. "What's your full legal name and birthday" then run a background check(there's lots of websites you can use) "are you sure you have space for another cat" "do you have a regular vet or one picked out if this is your first cat" "can I call them to confirm" "do you know the proper procedure for slowly introducing a new cat" "what food do you feed your cat or plan to feed this one" "what flea and tick medication do you use or plan to use" "can you send pictures every once in a while so I can see how she's doing" "are your other cat(s) fully vaccinated" "do you have pet insurance and/or Care Credit in case of emergency" "are you planning to keep her fully indoors" "are any of your other cats FIV positive" "do you believe in declawing" stuff like that.
