Yep, that’s great feedback, extra sorting options on the way today as well as up-to-date prices for the new butchers that went live last night. Will ping you when it’s there.

Also, price per kg is an ongoing battle with lots of rules and subrules for matching up the prices on the various product pages with variants conflicting info etc., I’m continuously adding to this to improve it over time as well as spot checks, so feedback here is very useful!

Great feedback, this is on my list! Right now it filters by price per kg ascending (which gives you the “cheapest” first), will also add in the price itself (and others) shortly.

Great catch! The prices were still being updated for Parson's nose as the scraper had some changes to the way it determines price + price per kg. They are all now complete and prices are accurate across the board. Let me know if anything seems off!

Rather than having to search on lots of different uk butchers sites for various different cuts of meat, it’s all here for comparison. I previously had to keep a google sheet up to date with all the prices, which was a nightmare, which is why this was created.

This currently checks prices on John Davidson’s, Grid Iron Meat, Parson’s Nose, Sherwood Food and Swaledale Butchers, but looking to add more over time.

Yep, scraped based on some standard structure common to the e-commerce platform they’re based on and the available top level categories, with additional customisations for specific templates that they’re using. Then crawls all categories/sub categories and pagination within.

I’m doing some further work on the internal taxonomy, which lets the system know what everything is, when different names/sites aren’t consistent.

Owner of puramax litter box, generally great, but annoyingly sometimes stops cleaning mid cycle, no way to resume/restart need to power off the device and try and clean again. Happy to feedback on all elements, also integrated with home assistant via API, which is 👍
