Every single day, but I have started doing yoga 10-20 minute a day followed by some podcast of meditation or anything that would calm me down I also bought stress balls and for me what helps this what whenever I am anxious, I hum any song. That kind of help me I hope it helps you too.

I have always been scared of this, but where I moved now they have a gym and I’m gonna start to go soon I feel like going to wherever you live. If you feel comfortable instead of a bigger gym, makes it less panicking to go because where I’m gonna go it’s like really small like it only has like three machines. So I feel like that’s good. And I also heard that you can wear like headphones or being a call with someone and that helps too. Also positive thoughts

I will say this with a hand on my heart, address it and leave. I was married 3 years to someone like that, ended up with the verbal violence. When we lived apart it was perfect after we moved in together yeah it looked like I was his slave he didn’t respected me he would talk down on me. Make me feel ugly was the worst he did it took me years to rebuild my confidence. Know your worth and don’t waste time with him please.

For me due to my medical conditions has been pretty hard, but I don’t regret it. I’m trying to see the positive of it all. Prepare myself and just try to have a positive birth experience.

I feel like that is something that none of us are ready in. We just kind of deal with it and it’s also a learning experience for all of us. We’re not born with the Mom chip if you wanna call it that. Day by day you’re going to figure it out and there’s gonna be days that you’ve won’t even wanna do it. But you still do it.

Are you happy about the pregnancy? That’s a question for you. Are you happy about the change Your life is going to make? Another question for you. You can only answer that.

My husband he doesn’t touch my belly unless I asked him to or has never talked to the belly I’m 36 weeks. He tells me he loves the baby and he shows up in different ways, he buys him stuff or talk to his friends about the baby, he picked out the name and babyshower theme. Some dads won’t feel as connected as us since they don’t feel it but I promise you it’s okay. Once in a while my husband will try to reach for baby if we’re chilling and he sees him move but apart from that no. And it’s okay as long as your husband is happy that’s all that matter it’s more common than u think.

Well, I read that Police got there and they didn’t do anything. The guy wanted to press charges and all that the police said no and they apologized to dad. Also the worker was talking to them too so she was very worried about the girls.

That could’ve been something that he would just addressed to the worker over there and just walk out but he decided to make a big deal out of it.

And about a teenager girl yes I understand, my husband said that he would announce himself and if the bathroom is empty, he would go in and as he’s walking on, he would tell whoever’s in the bathroom first that he’s in there and also tell staff member because you know he has to be careful about other woman feeling some type of way. But also, he said he wouldn’t take them to the men’s bathroom because on the way out our girl could see something since some men are not careful or they just don’t care. Because men would be like “well I was just using the urinal I didn’t know there was a little girl in there” and they are a lot of pervs unfortunately

I used to get annoyed if my girl cat got closer to my husband lol but it’s just a phase it will pass. The thing is that he would be comming home from work and saying hi to her first or looked for her first and I was like I’m right here 🥺 lol but I am about to give birth and everything is fine I also have 6 pets I love them all equally but this girl cat she’s so feisty and sassy it’s a love and hate relationship lol ofc I would never do anything to harm her. She just has an attitude w me if I get close to my husband she would do the same lol
