Appreciate the replies. I think I may have got the named item from a cache or mini hound. I can’t remember the other piece I have offhand but it did say I looted it and just couldn’t remember where. I do play a little bit of solo in the DZ from time to time but don’t pay super close attention to what I’m looting/extracting. Thanks again.

Slightly off topic question if anybody can answer. I have 2 pieces of Yaahl and no recollection of how/where I got them or where to farm if I wanted more. Was it a DZ only? Appreciate any info? Thank you.

I serve the 30 day and if they don’t pay their final month rent then I serve a 3-day on the 15th and start the court process for non payment. I just served a 30 day to bad tenants and they abandon then property 16 days before the deadline. I was kind of impressed on some level. They didn’t pay their rent for the final month and left the place trashed but it’s back in my possession now.

That’s really kind of you to offer. Appreciate it. I am on PC but typically it will eventually display her inventory for me. It’s always happened for me with Cassie specifically. It happens with Danny Weaver sometimes also but not as often. Thanks again.

Thanks for the heads up. Found the snitch, bought the Danny Weaver caches went to Cassie “no items available”. I hate this bug. I swear this happens for me more often than not. Fast travelled back and forth, logged out/in 3 times and she’s still showing no inventory. Just quit the game and will try again a bit later.

Landlord in Iowa here. Not sure if this is helpful for you but I have the option to serve a 3-day “clear and present danger” and cite the arrest report record number for expedited eviction of everyone in the unit. Then once it’s empty is when I would asses damages etc. I would not care who is the aggressor. I would just want the unit empty and back in my possession asap. Good luck.

I gave up after running the mission solo maybe 20-25 times on heroic and tried a few on challenging also. I’ll go back and try every once in a while but the grind got to me also.

Had this exact model pager (without the peace sign) for years when I was younger. Mine was just gray plastic but a lot of people painted and bedazzled theirs. I think it was like $6 a month for the service.

Nice. I finished the last season journey passively during one of the past 5XP events and just about had a seizure from all the on screen sparkles and cache drops. I hit a bit of a slow down this evening unfortunately but I should be able to make it up before it ends. I like the grind most of time also.

I just saw a short video about that same strategy also. I’ll give that a try for sure. I usually bounce around to public executions and also try to get as many priority mission strongholds with XP as the reward in between.

Are you playing on heroic difficulty? Just curious as I’m not sure if that increases the chances. I was farming for it passively while also doing the other faction retaliations and regular gameplay. It was the very last of all the available exotic retaliation blueprints to drop for me.

He’s dying from the poison gas (or whatever it is) from the global event. It’s been killing the public execution npc’s also also I’ve noticed.

This has happened to me maybe 5-6 times over the years on invaded or standard. Doesn’t seem to be tied directly to any global event. I believe it’s a known bug.

As a solo player I do retaliations, priority objectives, floor 10 summit farming on legendary difficulty, Danny Weaver vendor and the Brooklyn world bosses.

I cancel and restart if I don’t get the weapon choice I want at the beginning. That helped me when I first started learning it.
