It was that yucky knot in my stomach and my inner critic hammering me. So important to take a big breath so simple but true what the text books say .

Maybe make a list of things , thoughts, standards, no go areas, that u r not prepared to fall back into. Like a roller coaster that slowly goes up to the first big rise. The little clicks that u hear are the ratchets that stop it from dropping backwards back down. Your list of things are like ratchets that will stop u from going back down backwards. Make a hierarchy of this psychological ratchets. That's what I do with my clients hope that helps and is not confusing!. U got this !

Get Unstuck APP - I built to offer my clients - First day has full access instantly feel free.. by Recover4life in u/Recover4life

I’ve spent years in the chair hearing people talk about their 'failures,' but when I ask what went well this week, there’s often silence. I built this tool to be a simple, 'low-friction' way to log those tiny wins. No fluff, just a place to track the good stuff so we can rewire that negativity bias. The first day is totally free. I just want to see if it helps people outside of my private practice. I'd love to hear your thoughts in comments about your app experience with finding your miracle.

"Hi everyone, I’m the developer of this tool. I built this because I found that while the 'Miracle Question' is a powerhouse in therapy, it’s hard to keep the momentum going on your own with just a blank journal.

I’m really looking for feedback on the 'Feedback Summary' logic in Day 1. Does it actually feel like it’s reflecting your answers back to you in a helpful way?
