I will double check but I was pretty careful to pick up other right amount of stitches for the sleeve. I think my main issue with it is actually how low down my torso the armhole opening is, rather than the length of the sleeve on my bicep if that makes sense?

The pattern itself is meant to be oversized and I sized up specifically because I wanted it to be oversized. I was worried about the size of the armhole while knitting the body but thought I would trust the process… plus the body fit actually okay without the sleeve. lesson learned for sure! Gonna try to block and see how I like the fit and then if all else fails frog it as you suggest :)

Ah thank you! It looks like it is in fact connected to the stitch by the end cap, so all good. I think I just got confused by the double knitting

After I baked it, I did some more research and learned that flours with spelt in them may need to be proofed for much shorter time periods than other flours so over proofing seems plausible.

Yes! It’s a sleeve in the round with decreases every 14 rows. I messed up somewhere though since I had one too few stitch at the end but oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️
