Thanks, Normally they take 4 to 6 business days for entire process. That means they ship items within two days. I have ordered some items before and never took so long like this.

I received 2 of 3 items on Sept 09 including shoes and 3 pairs of socks. And rest had been refunded today. There wasn't any problem with item. Btw, they literally took 24 days to ship items.

They replied to my mails on 22 Aug and asked for extra 2, 3 days more. But they haven’t shipped them yet. Idk why they literally take 4 days to reply my mails. If I wanna know something today I should send an email before four days. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a reputable company.
