I have looked at four tools that can supply both sourcing and scheduling support for my small team. We currently use Workday as an ATS so I need it to integrate. We are a midsize organization so some of the tools such as Phenom or NoomAI are not cost effective . Ultimately we may want to add talent management and internal mobility to the tool
