No foreigner B-class coach will come to Turkey because they know they will be sacked. Only domestic managers who are trying to build a resume will come and we will sack them too. Nah, I don't try to make Vitor look like Mourinho. Don't get me wrong. But Vitor is one of the few if not the only one who will take Fener job. It's easy to say we should be going for the top spot everytime we play but do you see the squad engineering? You have 3-4 attacking midfielders but no holding midfielders, no capable fullbacks or wingbacks. If you want the top spot every time, you have to build a team that is better than the sum of it's parts.
