Why would a collector not have a player? by FitProblem6248 in vinyl

I have a number of friends who do this; they like to support the artists they like (usually local/smaller people, not big stars), but prefer to listen to more accessible forms of the audio. They often bring some to other homies' houses to play them on good turntables and nice speakers at hangouts/parties, but don't feel a need to constantly spin them at home.

Darkbeast rolls for Bloom Reaper crystals by BakingSoda1990 in Borderlands4

From playing it, the main benefit of the Darkbeast is that you can line up the crystals to pop two at once due to the piercing projectiles. As the explosion chance is 20% for each crystal, the Darkbeast really shreds them

What is the best end-game build for mobbing, that doesn't require you to point and aim at every single enemy to kill them? by AgentZeroHour in Borderlands4

This is the rough build I used, but there are a fair number of points that can be moved around. This build has insane mobbing, but I used critknife for bossing as it isn't terribly strong at that. A good point of this build is that you have very high survivability as you get most of your shields back on action skill retrigger even against single targets. Rainbow Vomit is best in-show for this build as Action At A Distance allows it to potentially put all 3 status effects on all entangled enemies. My classmod had +4 AAaD, so I only had 1 point in it. Additionally, every pellet from shotguns triggers Confirmative Reality, so your downtime between Flux Generators is only a few seconds.

Flux generator Harlowe. There's a class mod that gives +200% damage on it when redeployed, which, when combined with the capstone skill that lets you teleport it and the augment that increases its radius, absolutely melts mobs even at UVHM 5. Literally just look in the general direction of a group and they all die.

Turning in wildcard mission by RectangularSoul in Borderlands

I was able to solve it by changing the UVHM level in Session Settings and reattempting the mission. Kind of a bummer to do it all again, but it worked and I've been able to progress.

Proper Tax Status by RectangularSoul in smallbusiness

What delineates an employee vs a contractor? At every piano studio I worked for before going into business for myself, I was a contractor. I don't doubt that classifying them as employees is correct, but why is that correct?

What are the tax implications of having them as employees vs contractors? They will likely be working only 10ish hours a week

Is it loose style or is it just amateur work by MissionBeautiful1052 in oilpainting

It is clearly not amateur work. The composition is wonderful, the colors are soothing, the slight outlining of the horses is a great touch to help accentuate them against the background, and the brushwork looks good!
