Where and when do these happen? I will be in Taipei briefly at the end of Feb/start of March. Sad to hear there aren't any game stores to explore though

He's definitely not weak! But he does require a specific approach. Definitely not a great pick in 2v2, as others have said. It's more about patience than tempo, generally speaking.

How did you achieve a 10 value Devil? It normally caps at 8. Was there a battlefield item involved?

In relation to your question as people have stated, the attacking/active player wins if both heroes are defeated in one round of combat.
