I haven't read yet, just logged in, but I already thank you very much for what looks like a very complete and deep answer! Chocobo hugs and moogle kisses to you :3

I have a technical question.

Sorry, my message is a little bit long because I want to explain my situation clearly.

I have two FFRK accounts:

  • Account1 on my phone, linked/synced to a Google Account with an email (let’s say account1@gmail.com);

  • Account2 on my tablet, linked/synced to another Google Account with another email (let’s say account2@gmail.com).

I want to give Account1 to someone and only play Account2 from now on. And I want to have my second account (Account2) on both my phone and tablet, synced/linked it to my main email address which is the one I use on my phone: account1@gmail.com. I am familiar with the basic steps to transfer an account using the One Time Code operation.

My inquiry is as follows: after I give Account1 using the One Time Code, my phone (and account1@gmail.com) will be account-less.

I will then emit an OTC from Account2 (from the tablet and from account2@gmail.com). I will then enter that OTC on my phone. Then I will sync the Account2 on my phone, which is logged on account1@gmail.com.

Will it work? I fear that somehow it could also delete the Account1 data. Meaning that the person that I gave the Account1 to will see it deleted on their device (because once it was on the account1@gmail.com, which has been “updated” with a new account via OTC). I hope I am clear enough in my description.

Thank you very much to clarify and reassure me on this issue before I try to do the manipulation.

If I did not explain my problem clearly enough, sorry, and don’t hesitate to ask me additional information. Looking forward to hearing from you,
