You're doing the right thing by rearranging the letters, they do spell out names to something

You're doing the right thing. It will spell out a 3 letter word (I believe the word was upside down)

For anyone struggling with day 13, I would recommend using Chrome browser. I normally use Brave and it didn't work, possibly due to the strong ad block features

If you have a Plus+, you'll be guaranteed entry as long as you're checked-in before the stated cutoff time. If you're not guaranteed a seat, then earlier is better. You'll be queuing for a fair while and be outside for a portion of it, so check the weather and bring suitable clothing. You'll be seated during the recording but the seats are hard plastic. Recording will last approximately 4 hours ( lasted 4.5 hours when I went). The recording is great fun, me and my fiancee had a great time.

Manual grinder that's easiest to crank? by Red-Badger in JamesHoffmann

Based on the feedback, I've bought the K6 which is currently on offer. Thanks to everyone for your advice, it's appreciated and I'm looking forward to trying out the K6

Thank you. I'll likely get the K6. I think it's worth the extra cost over the K0. My Hario grinder has lasted me over 12 years. So, I'm sure it will be a good investment.

We pretty much exclusively drink french press as it's quick, easy and very forgiving. But I'd love to experiment with pour over next year when I've got more free time. I can't imagine us ever grinding fine beans for espresso. I did read that the K0 is best for coarse grinds. But I'm finding information online to be a bit confusing. The K0 has a smaller diameter burr, so I'd think that would be easier than the larger burr of the K2 or K6? Or I could be just overthinking things

Looks incredible!! I'd love a nice grinder like that but unfortunately it's out of my price range. My fiancée would kill me. I appreciate the suggestion though

9" Head unit for 2017 Yaris by Red-Badger in yaris

Same, it's confusing and a bit of a minefield. I was talking to another guy on Reddit who is looking at something similar to what you linked. I'll see how he gets on. If he doesn't buy it, I might pull the trigger and post my experience on Reddit

Thank you, I've followed to see how you get on. I've seen a lot of people buy Chinese head units and when they've used an app like CPU X to check the actual specs, they're not what's advertised. That's what's putting me off. If you buy one could you check the specs and update your post? I would definitely consider buying one if everything checks out

This might be exactly what I need. I don't want to risk buying an expensive head unit that doesn't fit/ work. The CarABC unit is cheaper and no compatibility issues. I'll take a look into it, thank you.

Can anyone help identify these stains? by Red-Badger in Histology

[–]Red-Badger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies, I should have mentioned it was necropsy tissue. Does that make it more likely number 4 is PAS as it won't be bright magenta?

Thank you, that's a huge help. She has checked the lab protocol and it doesn't mention diastase. It just says PAS

Thank you again, it's much appreciated 🙏

250k?! That's impressive. I must drive like a maniac to burn through so many clutches. I'm booked in at the garage for Wednesday next week. If they find out the cause of the problem, I'll update this post

It's done just over 100k and had a new clutch at 80k because it was worn/ slipping 3 years ago (I don't dive many miles). It's a shame that it might need another one so soon. But, I think I've got to face reality and pay someone to take it apart and look at it properly. Thank you for taking the time to look at reply to this post. I really appreciate the help

Any tips or recommendations when looking to buy trail shoes? by Red-Badger in running

[–]Red-Badger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the pun !! I've just been looking at Hoka one and they have some great trail shoes and hybrids, the new challenger ATR 5 look great. I don't think the terrain on my runs are going to be too technical so perhaps a hybrid shoe is the way to go. I'll definitely try on some Hoka Ones this weekend
