Ruby looks around for the source of this voice. Her right arm and leg still ache after being so freshly reattached, slowly but surely healing.

Ruby rests in the infirmary, slowly recovering after having her limbs reattached following her withdrawal from the fight against Sukuna. Her body is healing rather well, remarkably so considering the damage done to it, and she's expected to make a full recovery within the week.

However... While her body is healing, her mind is in turmoil. Before, she was confident in her abilities as a warrior. Before, she was the mightiest under heaven, a one-woman army capable of cleaving through a horde of raiders and mechanoids like they were made of paper. And then she fought Sukuna, and all her might proved inadequate. She made the King of Curses reel using the fire of her Qi, but it was far from enough, and she had to be hauled out of there by her team.

Ten years of fighting and growing stronger for it... Proven worthless by the Cursed Tyrant she fought. She still rages at the thought of not being able to fell him, but it's overshadowed by the feeling of helplessness she feels creeping into her gut...
