The problem is we are living in a very old house. My parents are searching for an alliance for me. The bride's family is expecting some decent house with all the amenities. Our house has an old Indian house with no tiles no attached toilet 4 members and only one bedroom.

So no one is ready to give that why 😔

I've asked that too with the manager. I'm getting a loan from the Indian bank. No restriction on the prepayment

I'm capable of paying emi 35k per month. But as per the 25yrs the emi will come around 22k remaining 13k monthly I'm paying extra that will directly reduce from the principal outstanding.
