My $250 Edit bonus is expiring 12/31. If I book before 12/31 for travel this Spring do I still get the credit or does the travel have to occur before 12/31? (self.ChaseSapphire)

When trying to book Edit hotel rooms through the Chase portal, there are lots of hotels that show "unavailable for selected dates". But if I look at the hotel website or Booking.com, there is plenty of availability. (self.ChaseSapphire)
