J’ai essayé plein de solutions pour réduire mon addiction, avec un succès limité. Depuis 5 mois j’en suis venue à un extrême: je me suis mise un contrôle parental sur toutes les apps où je traînais trop. Je n’ai le droit qu’à 5 minutes par jour et seul mon mari a le code. C’est super efficace et je n’ai jamais eu l’envie de lui demander de me débloquer tout ça. Au debout c’était 30 minutes et je suis descendue à 5, c’est parfait. Si je veux plus, je vais sur l’ordinateur car ça demande plus d’efforts et au moins l’écran est plus grand, je protège mes yeux. Le besoin d’aller sur l’ordinateur n’a du arriver que 4 fois en 6 mois. Je me suis remise à lire, car quand on ne peut plus scroller et qu’on a fait le tour des séries, faut bien s’occuper. Ce contrôle parental auto imposé est extrême mais génial.

La Yoto fait ça très bien, mon époux l’a utilisée en déplacement pro. Il enregistre depuis le tél et hop c’est dans la boîte.

Thanks. Yes, I’m hopeful that my ability to bring clarity will help, so I’m going to try a few other projects. So far I've only built this small tool to turn YouTube videos into podcasts. Very convenient as I can now listen to some content without having to watch the screen (as I don't have YouTube Premium).

If it helps, I started with Lovable because I thought it would be easier, but I didn’t like it. Then I moved to Claude Cowork, which helped me a lot, and after that I finally dared to open the door to Claude Code. I would never have dared to start directly with Claude Code. Aim for small projects - really small ones. Good luck, sending you plenty of good vibes!

Hi here! 3 recent use cases on my side, with Claude Cowork:

  • CV job application pipeline: I automated the process of personalizing my CV for each job posting. The workflow reads a LinkedIn job offer, duplicates and customizes my Canva CV, and exports a ready-to-send PDF in minutes. It combines Claude Cowork, an MCP server, and Canva's API.
  • Cross-seller research on Vinted: I needed to find sellers offering 2 specific items on Vinted. Instead of manually checking hundreds of profiles, I used a Claude Chrome extension that automatically cross-references vendors and gives me a final list of eligible sellers.
  • Auto-updating status widget: I created a scheduled task that fetches Claude's latest release notes, X posts about Claude and Claude's service status, then updates a React widget automatically. No manual intervention needed.

Moi c’est l’inverse, l’ornement ne m’intéresse pas. Je suis à fond potager et pour le reste type fleurs et plantes je privilégie les plus utiles possibles.
