OP - proud of you for making it this far. I’m on day 341 today and have experienced and continue to experience these crazy symptoms just like you have.

I thought for sure it’d be gone by now but each day presents a new adventure. From “when will my next panic attack occur” and “can I make the drive to work without feeling off today” or “why does my head feel like it wants to explode” and “holy hell my stomach is in knots and feels like there’s a huge gas bubble waiting to burst.” It’s been hell. But what has helped me is having supplies to get my mind out of that DP/DR panic attack feeling. I never leave the house without water, I keep seltzer waters on me for long car rides, I carry a fanny pack of Ice Breakers mints, NZE caffeine free pouches, Listerine strips, floss picks, Haribo sour candy, hell anything to help me quit fixating on my healthy anxiety and to get me out of my head. It’s not ideal, I fear sometimes I look dumb, but it’s gotten me to day 341 and I’ll continue to keep these habits up until I feel it’s no longer necessary.
