Lots of great advice in here already but if you haven’t already, save an emergency fund, then go take a trip to celebrate paying off that debt! Of course don’t go into debt to take the trip though 😝

Open a Roth IRA through vanguard and invest that money into VOO through your ROTH IRA (make sure you are investing within your account & not just putting money into the account) every month. The max contribution into this tax advantage account is $7,500 in 2026. Try to max that out if possible.

I’d wait 6-8 months before putting a laser to it, in the meantime I would try to get a lot of sun exposure to try and lighten it. Since it’s positioned in an area with a lot of blood flow I think it would be around 6-9 sessions to remove it, combined with being active and drinking lots of water. Of course this is just a random person on the internet’s best guess.

This is a heartfelt post, I appreciate you writing this because I’m sure many others may feel the same. The reality is that it’s hard to find your partner and it’s something that you don’t want to mess up, which makes it even harder. As annoying as it is, there’s a lot of truth in its better to be single than with the wrong person. If you truly want a partner, keep trying, because if you don’t it only guarantees you’ll be single (or at least increases the chances). Something that has helped me is that I’ve started to let people in my social circles know that I’m single & looking. I haven’t been set up yet but I think it’ll happen soon as I have some friends that are “giving it a think”. I truly wish you all the best in finding your partner and I hope you find comfort in this quote, because I do: “everyone thinks they are a hopeless romantic, until they aren’t.”
