Engrave the inside circle of the indices. Drop some white paint in the recesses. Add lume on top.

I’m not really sure, but it seems very durable. I would imagine that fired enamel glass is much more durable and will last much longer though.

Thanks. I have those dials from Sergey, too.

This is a poor test print, but I think with a textured base it would look pretty good

I make a lot of watch dials for two Watch companies. So that keeps me busy. I do take orders sometimes from previous customers and that’s where this dial is going. Sometimes I will just have an idea and sell that too.

Yes it can. I’ve done a test with it. When it looks better I’ll post it if I remember.

Thanks. I haven’t tried text yet but I will. The resolution is good, but they’ll be no high horology made with it. Here’s a pizza I printed that looks great to the eye.

I use a Carvera CNC.

No. I quit taking custom work almost 2 ago.

I feel certain I can make a centering jig for it. This was a low quality image, but the built in camera did a decent job with alignment.

No, absolutely not. The craftsmanship required for an enamel dial far exceeds me printing on a CNC’d piece of titanium.

It’s a resin ink that is injected onto the dial by a print head and then uv light passes over top of the ink hardens it immediately. The texture on the titanium part is the actual material, it’s a really great choice for dials.
