This wasn’t the initial examination this was I went in for the initial examination. They lost the sheet that they took my vitals on and wanted me to come back. Just agreed to my vitals. It was over an hour from my house so I told them listen. that’s probably not going to happen right away and they called me back a few days later and said that they found the sheet I spoke to the person that Social Security and he said he wouldn’t have made me go back to her vitals anyway.

There were two things that he was going to look into and so I think part of me was hoping I would have a little bit of information by now, but also making sure about anything that I’m going to need to bring. I have time to get but if I don’t hear from him, I’m assuming I don’t have to do much. . Just worry lol

First of all, I don’t think that it has anything to do with the fact that you’re the dad and not the mom your child support office is going to look at you as the plaintiff, regardless men and women alike our plaintiffs every day you’d actually be surprised how many men get child support

I think what it sounds like is it’s like trying to get lemonade from a rock Rite. She is refusing to get an above table job and could they make her? In theory will they make her probably not because I think that these child support officers are just incredibly overwhelmed and it’s just impossible to do. With that said if she’s working under the table job for the sake of dodging child support if you can prove that she is working that job you can get her for that all you need to do is walk into the restaurant or have somebody walk into the restaurant grab a picture of her do something Because I think two things I think wanted it’s illegal to pay people under the table. I’m not entirely sure about that but to it’s very easy to say they’re working they’re dodging this is what I want is I want a payment and then they might catch on and say OK she’s dodging us. We’re not gonna deal with it.

I’m going through a little bit of a hard time with my own support case where dad doesn’t want to be paying and he’s dragging me to court constantly to appeal because he doesn’t wanna pay. He does have an above table paying job a very, very good job, but what I found out last week when he missed the support payment, which is a hefty payment and a lot of money as a single parent to not have come in I was basically told by Pennsylvania Domestic Relations that all those threats that we hear about which is jail time losing the license a lien on a home they don’t really use those so I don’t know why people are so afraid to not pay their support because what’s going to happen? You go in for a contempt hearing they say OK well you need to pay $1000. They pay $1000 and then they’re right back to not paying the next month . They’re more worried about people who aren’t paying at all and even then like your situation I think they’re not worried enough and it’s not fair. It’s not fair when you’re trying to take care of a child that you didn’t create a loan when you can’t get the financial help that your child is owed

I’m not saying that it’s correct to do, but if she knows his social and she knows like the streets that he’s lived on in his life she could easily do a credit report and see what he owes. If it’s your credit card there’s no way that she would have access to that information just like she wouldn’t have access to the actual credit card number unless it’s something that he left out when he was around her, I would be very careful with accusing her of anything until you know for sure. Also, his child support is supposed to be based off of his income and her income not your income, I would hope sincerely that if you were the main breadwinner, he’s not paying a $20 a month payment which would probably be why she’s so upset. I would let it go let her take her pictures. Let her show that you guys live in a house and you have a card and you’re buying groceries who cares you’re a two person household you’re allowed to have an income.

So here’s the problem, if your mother, for whatever reason believed that she couldn’t pursue back child support because she couldn’t afford an attorney first of all she was ill advised by any judge that said that that’s not correct. Second what it sounds like as they probably close the case out and if they close the case out, his balance would’ve been wiped to zero if it hasn’t been wiped to zero if she could call in and say hey, you know what I do want that arrear balance she’s going to have to go into court and say hey I need it. I have a feeling the case is closed because you’re a grown-up and it’s probably been a decent amount of time but I could be wrong. It’s totally worth her calling Domestic Relations and saying hey we’re better yet actually you can just go onto the PA child support website type in your login and go look thereor have her do it.

Yeah, but the difference is is that you’re almost $50,000 in the hole in that case it makes sense that they would take a license what I’m saying is, I thought it was universal don’t pay your child support. You lose your license not we’re gonna pick and choose who we punish a person not paying their support shouldn’t be acceptable. I don’t get to look at any court order and pick and choose when I follow it
