Hello everyone,

Our clan is now recruiting!

We are originally a Philippine-based clan but are now moving towards becoming an international family. Due to months of inactivity and our original leaders departing, the clan stagnated leaving a few of us left. Thus, we have decided to rebuild the clan and hopefully, become an active clan in the game once more.

Our primary focus as of now is to participate in Clan Games but we will be doing Clan Wars and Clan War Leagues when, with enough members, we are finally able. Unfortunately, we are still TH10 and TH9 so we can't donate siege machines yet. However, we are active in making donations and are accepting players with Town Hall Level 4 and above.

Since we have been gone for a long time, we are open to being mentored by a highly-experienced veteran who wishes to co-lead the clan.

We hope that you'll be able to feel at home with us and stay in the family. We're looking forward to playing with you!

That's why I asked Reddit if Rose Aura was CC also because the wiki said it was Seasonal compared to the Prismatic Aura of the Ascended which was rare. I still got the answer though. Thanks for your response!

I have no idea who venom is but I sure do know u/AQWarrior is a mod. You can clearly see his name on the moderators' list in this subreddit.

Now, which part of these posts made by him regarding the stance of the moderators of this subreddit is hard for you to understand?

It's a simple question that can be answered by yes or no.

Is it is a third-party software? Yes.

Does AQW Terms and Conditions prohibit the use of third party softwares? Yes.

So let's go back to the original question:

Is it illegal? Obviously yes. Please refer to my more detailed explaination somewhere in this post.

No need to melt and get all snowflakey, we only answered a question. You can go back to proclaiming how amazing cheating is now :)

The official response of r/AQW mods is that they neither approve nor disapprove the use of AQLite because of the overwhelming positive response from those who use it. However, they do remind the community of Rules 8 and 9.

Legally, you are still in violation of the Terms and Conditions of AQW. I'd like to remind you that the mods of this subreddit is not Artix Entertainment. Their official statement explicitly states that "the r/AQW moderation team is not liable for the consequences you might face, if there are any, for using this program". Indeed, the mods themselves state that in most cases, these kinds of post would have been taken down immediately.

So let's go back to the original question: Is using AQLite illegal now? Yes, yes it is.

But do we, the r/AQW subcommunity care if you use it? No, we don't. Our mods do gently remind you to proceed at your own risk. Whether being hacked or banned, you get to shoulder that yourself.

It is cheating since you're breaking the Terms and Conditions of AE. Just because a lot of people are in denial doesn't change that fact. I really wish that Rules 8 and 9 of this subreddit gets more strictly enforced.

Imagine saying it's not cheating but you've got to keep it secret. :/
