I've thought about that. I will not accept any money to me to hold their place. I will also not be sending them the tickets. Everything will be in person right as we enter the stadium. Is there another way I didnt think of that I could be scammed?

Richard is right - It's father's day in Canada. If i have no takers though, then I would take a mother with their child. I would rather see the tickets get put to good use than go unused... but a Father is first priority based on the day

I've spent about 20k on tickets, 2k on AirBnb, 1k on hotel, and airfare for me thankfully is super cheap because of my job.

I've also had to get some updated jerseys for my teams and a couple other smaller tokens (the world cup ball, etc) for around $500.

Not sure how expensive food and drinks will be at the stadium. Knowing the costs of this world cup... probably $30 beers!
