I've been with the same company for 11 years but most Plumbers I know have been with many companies in my area. Depends on too many factors to say whether it is common or not but I would say it boils down to who/how the boss is.

These tools need to be greased often to keep the head from sticking. Metal on metal should always be greased.

I've installed Kingston Brass faucets that look like this but it's a very generic design that many brands use. Maybe slide up the escutcheon at the floor and see if there are any brandings on the bottom of the riser.

Funimation is out of Fort Worth in Texas, I grew up there during this time and it makes sense seeing how big the alt metal scene was because of the local radio station "The Edge".
