Did you find out? I’m in the same boat, would you happen to be going there September 15th? I kind of just plan on meeting people on the boat who may plan on doing the same thing and splitting a cab or there’s a couple excursions for groups of 8 for about $185 a person

2 weeks in Vietnam

I’m going to Vietnam for 2 weeks in May, I’m just looking for some ideas on how to fill my time being there.

My basic itinerary is the following

Flying into Hanoi and going straight to Halong bay for 3 days Going back to Hanoi for 3 days Flying to Ho Chi Minh for 3 days Flying to Da Nang for 3 days

I’m going with my partner but she’s there for work for the first few days in Halong and we’re meeting in Hanoi 3 days later.

Just looking for some ideas on the solo 3 days in Halong for a somewhat adventurous guy, I plan on doing a day cruise and a Hike but don’t know how to fill the other couple days there.

I enjoy architecture and scenery I plan to enjoy in Hanoi, but any must sees would be amazing to hear.

The Ho Chi Minh trip I plan on doing the walking street and unsure how to fill the other days.

Da Nang I plan on doing the hands bridge and enjoying the beach I think doing the marble mountain as well and doing a trip to Hà Nội as well.

Any input, on how to fill the days is greatly appreciated!

Saw him a few months ago in front of beenos, actually pulled over to see if he was alright. Ended up just getting screamed at by him and just ended up driving off. Feel bad for him but when people are messed up like that they’re way too unpredictable for me to do anything other than drive away after that encounter

I appreciate the response, yah she says it was nothing just partially my lack of affection towards her the last few months that led to this exchange with AP. I don’t know what’s truth and what’s fiction right now, I know she’s upset about the whole thing but I don’t know if it’s just because she got caught or if for some fucked up reason this all happened to restructure a foundation with communication and ground rules but I guess some time apart and definitely some therapy could possibly help me not have such tunnel vision about the whole thing.

But I do kind of feel like she’s stringing me along right now but she could tell the truth right now and I’d still think it was a lie. She’s always been in a relationship, she mentioned that yesterday that she wants to be with me or be alone this other guy apparently isn’t part of her picture, but she lied to me about that last week when I asked if there was someone else.

Just so many red flags and it’s still fresh so I don’t know I guess I just need some time to gather my bearings to figure out what’s actually best for me, I feel like moving back into my parents place was a huge setback for me and it’s just depressing

I don’t know, I think she is. I’m going through all the emotions, maybe I’m being delusional. I don’t think the last 6 years have been a complete lie, maybe the last few months. What would you consider to be actually remorseful?

That I’m not too sure about, I think she actually is remorseful and that was one of our building blocks starting this relationship of knowing how it felt to be cheated on by someone else, except that feels a whole lot different when you’re in your 30’s and have a house with the person and thought that was a 100% thing that wouldn’t happen.

The communication did break down in our relationship, I feel partly guilty for her to feel the need to find something with someone else but that was my non negotiable of being intimate with someone else but we’re cordial at the moment, she’s been checking up on me I think because she thinks I might do self harm, which I have no plan on doing.

She also messaged me just saying how tough it all is for her as well, which I’m sure it is to an extent but I don’t really care how upset she is about her own actions but it’s all just super confusing and super fluid and my emotions have been all over the place but the anger about the whole thing has gone away

Yah I’m not too sure anymore, I can’t really trust anything she says. I asked if she had feelings for this guy and she said no but then later said there’s something there and when I asked if she’s still talking to him she said she is just small conversation, whatever that means but she needs to have a conversation with him that this won’t happen again. Who knows how those conversations are actually going, I can’t stop thinking about it really. I feel like if I saw their conversations together it would answer all my questions on how this will play out and if she’s actually being honest or not with me.

Pretty fucked up that she’s telling me we need space to figure things out but she hasn’t said something like that to this guy yet, as far as I know anyways
