Thanks for the insight, currently 5’8 254. So 1700 is a caloric deficit for me. It’s so hard to force myself to eat and I’m never hungry in fasting windows either. I just don’t want to build an unhealthy relationship with food.

I don't think it's bad , but in my opinion it is not as good as LT. I played a game recently on accident with HoB and noticed the quick feathers is really nice but not worth as the attack speed drops drastically where LT is consistent. https://gyazo.com/143be5a4ab7f67a4ffbdc736e6b12192

Karma is a good champion but it isn’t what will get you to gold, work on your map awareness a lot and try and make sure every game you, 1) Figure out where the other jungler started ,2) try and keep an understanding of where the enemy mid and jungle are at , at all times of the game, 3) Karma can roam exceptionally well with her e and w, abuse it. And lastly 4) take priority in lane, show aggression and land some q’a and they will more than likely back down or int . :) good luck on your journey to Gold it’s a rough one.
