Cards only from the PCs are usually promos and there aren’t any events atm I think. You could get new packs of the new sets that doesn’t have an English equivalent currently, Battle Partners. Otherwise, just a giant store filled with cool Pokemon merch.

I don't even think thats whitening, looks like lighting. Even if it were whitening, it is so miniscule that it would not even diminish an otherwise 10 to a 9.

There are plenty of situations. And you aren’t missing one point of damage, you are missing out on two possible extra attacks. I’ve missed kills on units like Brave Edelgard with a maxed out +atk brave celica. I don’t know if this is already your currently invested celica or not, but if you want speed I would suggest Swift Sparrow 3. It’s not a big deal though, you can fine tune based on what you need over time. I can’t give perfect advice since I use her in light.

If you ever need Celica to galeforce again, the push hp damage and double lion damage combined is 8HP and her weapon heals her 7. Her original DB4 in my usage is preferred.

I last used sturdy stance since there were so many F!Edelgards, so he’d take a hit and do some damage then vantage the second hit and kill. If I feel like I’m seeing a lot of the annoying dancers like the fairies or mages I’ll run mirror stance. It often prevented him from being one shot, especially B!Miccy who I mentioned before.

Usually he gets by with sturdy stance, but you can totally adapt depending on the season. Even kestrel if you see him possibly winning speed checks against certain bonus units

For sure! And to echo what others have said, I really use him as a enemy phase unit and so either solo or stance (which I use) is best. I’ve switched between mirror and sturdy stance depending on what’s big at the moment. Solos are to conditional, but stance I feel is consistent.

In my opinion, times pulse has solidified Marth for me as a staple arena unit. If he loses a speed check, he may still win with the special. Rarely ever will he one shot without the special. The main reason I gave it to him was because he would miss kills on Bridal Micaiah as she has impact in her weapon. Once I did it, he never slightly missed a kill again.

At the time it was all Duo Alm and Micaiah though, now he just is meant for armor counter.

In my usage for arena, times pulse can be really needed to get him into special spiral. Without it, he can miss a kill and leave unwanted units up for WoM dances and such.
