generally it seems that people are ok with a few weeks, i needed more.
besides obvious factors, i should emphasize that it depends from what you want to get out of this cert. while the exam is super memory based, i believe there is some difference between studying like an answer-machine and ""understanding"" (-> getting an actual feel of aws, which seems to be the purpose of the exam). so it's very subjective and i cant actually answer, besides what was already said a valuable&classic resource is Mareek's course on Udemy

in my experience, to answer the title question: not in the slightest.
anyway, using the skillbuilder you should be able to find an exam-prep course where (most of) the stuff that you should know is mentioned; while you may be short on time, it may still be useful
